You must be 21 or over to buy this industrial ethanol product. You must comply with all Alcohol and Tobacco Tax Trade Bureau (TTB), federal, state, and local laws. Simple Solvents may require a copy of your state or federal license, even when purchasing products that require a federal excise tax payment.

This product may be available for purchase without a permit from the TTB. However, some state and local regulations may apply. Because all non-denatured ethanol products are considered ‘taxable alcohol,’ the TTB requires a payment of excise tax of $25.35 per gallon.
