Does Simple Solvents ship to my address?
Yes! Simply place an order on from our store. You will receive an email with next steps upon order success. You will be required to complete the End User Agreement before your order can ship.
- Gallons ship via as Hazmat UPS Ground. All orders ship require an adult signature at time of delivery 21+.
- 5 Gallon Jugs ship via Hazmat UPS Ground. All orders ship require an adult signature at time of delivery 21+.
- Bulk orders may be shipped via common carrier via freight depending on destination location and order size.
Adult Signature is Required for Delivery of Simple Solvents’ products.
All orders shipped from SimpleSolvents.com will require the signature of an adult over the age of 21. Upon signing for the delivery, customers acknowledge that this product must be kept out of reach of children, and that adequate care should be observed in the use, storage, and application of Simple Solvents products.
Shipping Lead Times
Normally, all orders are picked up within 3 business days. We strive to exceed this expectation. Lead times could vary based on world events and catastrophes.
LTL shipments are generally scheduled for pickup within 3 business days. We strive to exceed this expectation. LTL carriers are third party and Simple Solvents has no control over the speed of delivery once the product is en route. Generally, shipments arrive 3-14 days after pick up. Our freight team will communicated with necessary information and updates like Bills of Lading.

Returns
All sales are final once shipped. If you feel like your delivery was damaged or did not meet your expectations for quality, please contact us.
Defective Product
If an item is defective, you must notify us within 30 days of placing your order. Also, you must e-mail hello@simplesolvents.com with a full description and pictures of the defective product to warrant the claim. If an item is defective, we will issue a product refund or send more product. Shipping and hazmat fees are non-refundable.
Customer Order Delivery Issue (RTS or Undeliverable)
If you reject your order (Returned to Sender) or if it is undeliverable for some reason and the order arrives back to our facility intact and is resalable, we will deduct the following from your credit:
- Shipping Fees and Charges. Shipping and hazmat fees are not refundable. In addition, you will be charged a return shipping fee (plus Hazmat fee if applicable) equal to the fee charged on your original order. Example: If your order had an original shipping charge of $50 then you will be charged a $50 fee for the return shipping.
- Restocking Fee. 20% restocking fee on product.
Any remaining credit will be refunded upon restocking.
Can customers schedule their own freight pickup?
Yes, we are able to accommodate customers who would like to schedule their own freight service for bulk orders greater than 1 pallet. There may be additional fees associated with picking up the product that are disclosed before payment. Please contact us before ordering.
Can Simple Solvents ship to a PO Box?
No. Because orders ship requiring the signature of an adult over 21 at time of drop off, coupled with the flammable nature of the product being shipping, orders may not be sent to a post office box at this time. Orders must be shipped to a physical address where someone can sign to receive the delivery.
Can Simple Solvents ship to a “mailbox store” where I rent a mailbox.
Typically, yes. Destinations like the UPS store or Mailboxes Etc, where a physically present staff member is available to receive the package at time of delivery, is permitted so long as the recipient is allowed to receive and hold items shipped as ORM-D or HazMat.
Before choosing a mailbox store as your destination, please contact your provided to ensure their policies permit receiving items shipped a ORM-D or HazMat. In the event the receiving party does not accept ORM- D or HazMat items, the delivery will be refused and shipped back to the sender, see our returns and refund policy for more information on returned orders due to destination refusal. There may be quantity limitations to consider in addition.
Can Simple Solvents orders ship with expedited shipping (Overnight or Next-Day air)?
No. Due to Department of Transportation rules and limitations, including those stated in 49 CFR Part 173, all orders must ship via ground service only. This prohibition on shipping methods prevents us from sending your order via air plane or other means that may offer faster than ground service.
How do I track my Simple Solvents order?
You will get a tracking number once your order is fulfilled (packed and picked up by the delivery person). It generally takes 3 business days before orders are shipped but we strive to exceed that expectation.
Does Simple Solvents ship to a residential addresses?
Yes. We ship to individuals and businesses for industrial applications. Residential addresses are only eligible for ground shipping and only include quantities under 50 gallons.
Does Simple Solvents ship to commercial and industrial addresses?
Yes. Our freight team will reach out for any orders that are 1 pallet+ in volume.
Can Simple Solvents ship to an address that is different than the billing address?
Yes.
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
Yes. All orders ship requiring the signature of an adult at time of delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after the order has shipped?

Please note: Once an order is shipped, customers may contact the carrier independently using their tracking number to request that the package be held in their distribution center temporarily. Because all destinations differ, the ability to hold and delay delivery is case-by-case and must be requested by the receiver.
How do I cancel an order from Simple Solvents?
Canceling orders is easy if the item hasn’t shipped yet, however becomes more complicated if the item is already in transit to its destination. If you just placed your order (less than 24 hours ago), contact us ASAP. Please read and review our Returns and Refund Policy for more information on how to cancel your order.
